The neighborhood is a launchpad to Seattle and surrounding areas. We are located in a desirable neighborhood and walking distance to family friendly activities including Seola and Shorewood Park. Our location is ideal for solo travelers, couples, small families, or traveling professionals. Parking: Guests are welcome to park a vehicle in the dedicated parking space, or may park alongside the concrete wall adjacent to the street and at the property’s entrance. Climate Control: Feel comfortable inside whenever you visit. There is an overhead (minisplit) unit that efficiently and effectively heats and cools the interior. Proximity: Easy access to famous Seattle locations such as Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, Lake Washington, and Alki Beach. Guests can appreciate being close to SeaTac Airport (SEA), major hospitals, and local businesses. House Rules (Overview): Longer stays are welcome and discounts may be available. Strict no smoking policy inside the home, or on the property, and please respect quiet hours after 10:00PM PST. For more information please see the House Rules section. Pet Policy: Smaller breed dogs (less than 20lbs) are welcome for an additional fee. Unfortunately we may not be able to accomodate reservations exceeding 1 dog due to increased cleaning costs. If you would like to bring a companion please include the breed, weight, and temperament in your reservation request. Please notify us in advance if you are planning to bring a service animal - verification is required. Not disclosing a companion can violate the lease agreement. Pre Check-in Requirement: * Reservations are not complete until the guest signs a supplemental rental agreement required for check-in. The supplemental agreement reinforces and complements the OTA contractual agreement regarding lease term, rent amount, occupancy limitation, non-disturbance clause, care of premises, owners rights, indemnity clause, no subletting or permanent residency, repairs and maintenance, cancellations, and security deposit. *A $100 security deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit helps ensure the property is well-maintained and left in good condition for all guests. The deposit is processed as a credit card hold, or charge, two (2) days prior to check-in and is fully released two (2) days after checkout, provided there are no violations or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
